Ultimately, if you have depression of any type, YOU are responsible to fix, cure, live with, manage, etc., your own depression. Maybe some self-help suggestions might be of help to others. I have suffered with depression ALL my life, but am no expert on what will help others. I am posting materials that helped me hoping that others might find help on this blog.

WALKING DOESN"T HAVE TO BE BORING
Fact: Exercise decreases depression.
Fact: I hate exercise.
Fact: I find anyway I can to relieve the boredom of exercise.
